Read: Yahweh makes everything new. Paul considers everything in life worthless when compared to the gift of a personal experience of Christ. Jesus refuses to judge or condemn the woman caught in adultery, but forgives her sins and gives her new life.
Reflect: What does life in Christ mean for you? How much do you value and how well do you strive for a personal encounter with Christ? How affirming and life giving are your ways with people in your lives?
Pray: Let us ask God for the grace to see people through the compassionate eyes of Christ.
Listen: Sit with Christ with your soul laid bare. What does Jesus tell you?
Act: Next time when faced with a conversation that tarnishes the good name of a person, walk away; or still better, gently persuade the group to change the topic.
